Your duties will range from;

  • Remote support
  • Onsite support for both software and hardware.
  • Working with both virtual servers and desktop operating systems
  • Working closely with the existing Helpdesk team
  • Working with Microsoft Technologies

Taking calls from clients

Working Week

Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm 40 HOURS PER WEEK


Requirements & Prospects


Ideally a minimum 4 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)

Throughout the duration of your Apprenticeship you will be required to attend the 3aaa Technology Academy in Swindon for a day release basis ever week for 46 weeks structured training. The remainder of your training will be completed in the workplace with your Employer. Assessment of the Competence component (Edexcel) will be carried out in the workplace over the full duration of the program. The assessor will visit the apprentices in the workplace at-least once every 6-8 weeks to gather evidence. Your training will consist of:

• Edexcel BTEC Level 4 Diploma in Professional Competence for IT and Telecoms Professionals (QCF).
• City & Guilds Level 4 Diploma for ICT Professional
• Level 2 Functional Skills English, Maths, ICT (if applicable)
