Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen within the city of derby for an individual to join a successful well-established recruitment who offer recruitment services throughout the UK and Internationally. Your role will be to support the recruitment team and make sure everything is in place ready for new starters etc.

The overall duty of the role is to provide administrative support to the business to allow senior members of the team to carry out their duties without distraction, whilst working closely with the Recruitment Consultant(s) in terms of support relating to the availability and registration of temporary candidates.

Main Duties

  • Process payroll weekly including producing invoices, checking timesheets against attendance sheets, raising timesheet queries when required
  • Process New Starters by end of play Friday ensuring accuracy of information supplied
  • Prepare and send pay spreadsheet to payroll-company following detailed quality checks
  • Check payroll invoice against pay spreadsheet to avoid inaccuracies
  • Answering telephones
  • Meet and greet candidates at reception
  • Book candidates in for registration including telephone vetting and instructions
  • Working with Recruitment Consultant daily to maintain an updated list of available workers
  • Out of hours support as required by the business
  • Ensure CRM is updated daily with any new staff that have been registered
  • Advise Recruitment Consultant with staff availability
  • Any other reasonable duties as reasonably requested by the business
