Job DescriptionThis is a fantastic opportunity for an Accounts apprentice who is currently in college and looking for a position to gain the relevant experience to go alongside their studies and to join a dynamic and growing company.
Duties to include but not restricted to:
o Create and process paperwork
o Placing WLR3 orders and monitoring orders
o Escalations of ongoing orders
o Service charges and credits
o Daily and Monthly rejects
o Help with the monthly bill run (service charges & CPS)
• Office Administration
o Receiving and sending post
o Answering the phone
o Assisting with organising engineering visits and paperwork
o Handle any complaints
o Monitoring and updating the order tracker
o Creating and updating the CRM system (aBillity)
• Account Management
o The role holds responsibility for Customer Accounts and will be tasked with maintaining a positive working relationship with the client, attending to their issues promptly and continuing to develop and build the client.
o Answer customer invoice queries
o Raising invoices
o Raising Credits
o Raising statements
o Maintain a clean desk and surrounding working environment
• The Managing Director may pass on any other relevant areas to the incumbent as necessary. The incumbent is expected to support the rest of the team as required and to represent both the company and its Associated Companies to all third parties in a high standard.
Working WeekMonday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm
Requirements & Prospects
QualificationsA minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)

You will work to achieve the highly recognised AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) qualification and receive MAAT (Member of Association of Accounting Technicians) status.
You will be learning about all aspects of Accounting and learning new skills related to how businesses work. On the Apprenticeship there will be a good mixture of hands-on practical work and written work.
