Job Description

Are you interested in a career within a financial institute? Crystal Finance are looking for a determined and intellectual individual to join them as an Apprentice. Based in their head office your role will vary from covering reception duties, to general administration to support the rest of the team.

This is an exciting role located at the heart of our busy office. The position would be perfect for anyone looking either to enter an administration and reception position, or to begin a career into the legal field. The main responsibilities are working from our Reception desk and assisting all the departments at our firm with administrative tasks. We seek a person with a friendly and cheerful personality, as they would be the first person most visitors and clients would meet when entering our office. Experience is not essential as full training will be provided.

Main duties:


  • Answering the telephone and transferring calls to other staff
  • Taking messages and forwarding them to staff
  • Booking appointments
  • Taking client payments
  • Making refreshments for visitors and other staff
  • Greeting clients when they arrive
  • Corresponding with clients via email, phone and letter
  • Drafting letters and other documents
  • Completing forms
  • Adding client details to case management systems
  • Photocopying, scanning & faxing
  • Archiving and closure
  • Filing paperwork
  • Recording all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Recording all phone calls and visitors in the log book
  • Assisting with marketing the firm

•           Creating and tidying client files and folders

Working Week

Monday – Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm
