Job Description

Birmingham based company are currently looking for a highly motivated, organised and excellent communicator individual to fill the role of a customer service executive apprentice.

The role will be to assist the business with day to day duties, which include the following:



  • Scheduling appointments
  • Inbound and outbound calls
  • Entering data onto applications
  • Greeting visitors
  • Ordering office stationary suppliers
  • Providing refreshments
  • Liaising with clients
  • Organising meetings and events
  • Entering bookings
  • Responding to emails
  • Engaging with suppliers
  • Assisting office staff where needed
  • Sorting and distributing office mail
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the office
  • Liaising with clients where necessary
  • Attending office functions, meetings and sessions
  • The use of Microsoft Office packages (excel, word etc)
  • Scanning and photocopying documents

Working Week

Monday – Friday 37.5 hours pw
