Job Description

A great chance to work in a leading national residential property management company based in Hertfordshire. Having successfully worked with apprentices in roles across their organisation before, Trinity Estates are looking to train and develop an apprentice within an Administrative support role.

Working with two specialist managers within Trinity – a national residential property management company.

 

This company performs to a high standard of industry practice.

 

The teams cover a range of functions e.g. Contracts Management, Insurance Procurement and Administration, etc.

 

Broadly the role would be common across each team, with some minor variations in detail. Both will include – Fielding phone calls and emails and answer general enquiries – take messages for other team members where enquiries are more complex. There will also be some element of filing, data processing and general administration responsibilities. As the role progresses it is anticipated there will be increased responsibilities which will involve liaising with other internal departments and external customers and contractors.

You will develop excellent communication and organisation skills as you establish a rapport with landlords, property owners, tenants and professional contractors within the industry.

Working as a valued member of the team you will be taught how to provide a professional and efficient customer service to clients ensuring their individual requirements are met in a timely manner.

This role will require you to reactively manage customer and internal enquiries relating to the instigation, maintenance and administration of Buildings Insurance matters and the procurement and administration of various Service Contracts . You will be liaising with the specialist managers learning how to action a range of supportive tasks. As you gain experience with the company you will gain a broad range of computer skills and experience which will include the use of Microsoft software and a leading customer management system. Supported by your mentor you will be taught how to generate, process and maintain accurate data information.

Qualifications

Ideally a minimum 4 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)

Desired Skills

• Good numeracy skills
• Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent written/spoken communication essential (in English)
• Good telephone manner
