Our admin team are one of the many functions that keep our business running making sure that we have a great place to work and everything we need to be able to deliver results effectively. That includes scheduling of our appointments, calling new and existing customers and NHS paperwork/ensuring strict compliance. We’re offering our first apprenticeship, within the admin team, from September, initially within our office which will give you a fantastic grounding in our business and an understanding of how we operate, and could be a starting point into a number of exciting opportunities in the future.
As an apprentice in this team you’ll enjoy a wide variety of tasks, working closely with more experienced facilities professionals, who will be only too happy to mentor and guide you through your formal qualification. You’ll be given all the time and support you need to study towards your Certificate in Business Administration.
We’re looking for bright, ambitious and enthusiastic individuals with an appetite for learning and who love working as part of team but can keep themselves motivated when working individually. You’ll need a good academic track record, excellent organisational and customer service skills and will have great communication skills. Working WeekMonday-Friday 32.5 hours 10am-5.15pm
Requirements & Prospects
QualificationsIdeally a minimum 4 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
