 The role of the Apprentice at Action Partnership will be:

  •  Answering telephone
  • Customer Service
  • Supporting the office manager and other members of the team
  • Invoicing and purchase ledger duties
  • Data Entry, scanning and filing duties
  • Installing social media updates on Twitter and Facebook
  • Giving a good impression to all visitors, being polite and well mannered
  • Sending emails

Working Week

Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm 37.5 HRS PW


Requirements & Prospects


Ideally a minimum 4 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
