Job DescriptionAre you looking for a business administration apprenticeship in the heart of Richmond? We have a fantastic opportunity available for a hard-working individual looking to break into the financial services market.
You’ll be working closely with the Chartered Financial Planner to support in the running of the offices.
Your duties will include:
Helping to formulate suitable investment solutions for clients, covering areas including pensions, investments, protection and tax planning.
Overseeing the implementation of recommendations, processing new business with the responsibility to complete all sales administration
Completing client review packs as well as maintaining clients records
Creating illustrations, letters of authority and keeping accurate records of business submissions
Obtaining plan information, analysing investment funds, assessing performance and charges
General office administration
Working WeekMonday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm
Requirements & Prospects
QualificationsA minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
- A good understanding of Microsoft Office Packages
- Use your own initiative
- Ability to work on own initiative and, as part of a team
- Exception communication skills
- Positive attitude
