Do you want to work in a vibrant law office providing administration support throughout the team?

Providing clerical and administrative support to fee earners and to help with the day to day running of the office in the centre of Alnwick.


Admin/Secretarial Assistant Job Duties


  • Answering and forwarding phone calls and/or taking messages
  • Making appointments
  • Typing
  • Drafting and preparing documents
  • Photocopying and printing
  • Sorting incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post
  • Liaising with clients, other professionals and other members of staff
  • Maintaining files and filing systems
  • Keeping files and records up to date
  • SDLT applications as necessary
  • Land Registry applications as necessary
  • Assisting with reception cover as necessary
  • General clerical work
  • Any other duties as requested
