An opportunity in Leicestershire for a Business Admin apprentice to join a fantastic opportunity with an expanding organisation Onecall Services. A bubbly team full of energy! You will be providing administration support to the Office

Job purpose


The principle purpose of the job is to perform a varied number of office duties overseeing the day to day functions and running of the business.


Duties and responsibilities


  • Workingwith databases (Onecall Portal)
  • Makingappointments with clients
  • Communicatingwith suppliers and service providers
  • Answer inbound calls within 5 seconds
  • Action post, diaries and emails in line with company policy and targets
  • Liaising with agents
  • Proactively deliver a first class customer journey for all clients
  • Working within a team and managing work load given by management.
  • Communicating with agents on a daily basis
  • Observing other team members
  • Attending weekly meetings with the Administrator
  • Maintain a flexible approach in order to accommodate the companies changing needs and growth

Working Week

Monday – Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm 40 hrs pw


Requirements & Prospects


Ideally a minimum 4 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
