Excellent opportunity working for an established consultancy company who provide high quality, and cost-effective tailor made solutions to a wide range of clients, nationally.

·         To effectively pre-plan surveys for our surveys ensuring that all of the necessary information has been collected and provided for them

·         To schedule surveys to be completed on our internal TEAMS system

·         Taking and responding to general enquiries made regarding the provision of Ensafe services

·         To answer incoming telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner ensuring that the caller is directed to the most appropriate person in an efficient manner

·         Raise and log enquiry and create job files ensuring that Ensafe’s procedures are followed

·         Liaising with our clients to book in surveys at their sites

·         Create appointments, surveys and project management jobs in line with the agreed schedules and taking into account logistic requirements and considerations






·         To support and contribute to the friendly and supportive ethos of the department / company

·         To maintain the highest professional standards

·         To participate on appraisal and staff development

·         To treat colleagues with dignity and respect

Working Week

Ensafe operate a rotating 2 shift system which alternates every 2 weeks Shift 1 is 08:00 – 16:30 Shift 2 is 09:00 – 17:30 Both have 30 minutes allocated for lunch


Requirements & Prospects


A minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
