As an Administrator you are a very important person within our team and the work that you are tasked to undertake is pivitol to the success and the performance of the Branch.
You will be reporting to the manager on a daily basis and you will be responsible for ensuring that all Administrative based tasks for the team are completed to a high standard,
you will make and receive calls with our clients and candidates,
you will log all information on our in-house system,
you will send and receive emails, distribute messages to the team,
you will also be responsible for the full compliance cycle of our candidates files as they work through the registration process.
You will be using our in-house system to log candidates availability, hours worked,
You will achieve KPI’s as set by the business Manager
There are other administration related tasks such as keeping stock of stationary and ordering supplies as needed,
Working WeekMonday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm 37.5 hrs pw

QualificationsIdeally a minimum 4 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)

• Advanced Apprenticeship in Business and Administration
• Level 3 Diploma in Business and Administration
