|Davies Group are looking for an apprentice to develop a career with them, this role operates with a high level of autonomy allowing you to make informed decisions about the claim. There is a host of additional support and qualifications from an outstanding employer that nationally invests in their people.
The core duties of this role include:
Whilst in the role you will be fully supported to develop your knowledge and understanding of the insurance industry. With this you will work towards the CILA qualification which is the industry standard.
You will receive full training and support from Davies learning and development team alongside 3aaa’s assessors. The role also will allow you to experience various areas of business and understand the full process the business undertakes.
Working WeekMonday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm
Requirements & Prospects
QualificationsA minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
Desired Skills• Good communication skills, written and verbal
• High standard of numeracy
• Good attention to detail
• Experience using Microsoft Office
• Willingness to work toward CILA Qualification
Personal Qualities• Motivated
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Able to use own initiative and complete tasks with limited supervision.
Future ProspectsThe right applicant will be offered a permanent position on completion of the Apprenticeship, there will also be a chance to progress to a level 4 qualification.

• Level 2 Functional Skills English, Maths & ICT (if applicable)
