Job DescriptionHeath Crawford Ltd is a professional company who are experts in the delivery of insurance, investment and pension advice. They currently have an exciting career opportunity for an ambitious and dynamic apprentice who would embrace working in an administrative role supporting account managers.
Heath Crawford is a family owned and managed business that has been established for over twenty five years. The company has an experienced team of insurance brokers and financial advisory specialists who deliver advice too small to medium businesses and this includes private clients.
This rewarding and challenging role will require you to provide administrative support to the account managers and team which will include all tasks associated to different types of insurance such as private medical, personal liability and personal injury. You will be working in a dynamic and service driven office environment where you will be trained to become a competent member of the team in a competitive market.
This role will require you to have a friendly, driven and ambitious approach to your work and be committed to a high standard of customer service. Supported by your mentor you will be taught how to manage a variety of insurance tasks which will include the preparation of electronic insurance quotes, comparison reviews, contract renewals, information updates, market review preparation and the administration of insurance policies for clients.
Working in an organised office environment you will be liaising with clients on the telephone, responding to messages and maintaining an effective line of communication with the team. Your office duties will also require you to maintain a high standard of customer service with clients which will include the maintenance of accurate and detailed computer records. Your general administrative duties will require you to process emails, organise incoming and outgoing post, organise documents and ensure office housekeeping duties are maintained.

Requirements & Prospects
QualificationsIdeally a minimum 4 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
Desired SkillsThis role will require you to demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and be comfortable using the computer. You must be focused to achieve and have the ability to work under your own initiative. You will be required to keep accurate records with attention to detail. You will be working with a positive, strong and motivated team.
