Based in the heart of Leeds City Centre, not far from the Train Station, this fantastic role is suited to someone who has a flair for working with clients on a daily basis. You must be a proactive, approachable and creative person willing to work hard on an exciting growth project working with some amazing clients.
These points are a guideline to the day to day running of the business and may vary on a day to day basis.





  • Designing of internal marketing tools such as posters or flyers
  • Creation of monthly newsletter content including sourcing partnerships, offers and deals for the benefit of Wizu Workspace Leeds Tenants and other communication content for Community Events
  • Surveys to tenants and actioning any member feedback
  • Assisting Head of Marketing with any duties or tasks
  • Operations
  • Assisting with the day to day running of Wizu Workspace Leeds
  • Assisting with daily meeting room setup, general office admin, post and couriers
  • Support the Operations Manager with all move in, move out requests
  • Assisting the Operations Manager with any tasks or projects
  • Creating and monitoring of operations based internal and external client surveys
  • Ensuring the building is clean and well kept
  • Wizu Workspace look and feel is maintained at all times along with daily checks around the building to ensure it is up to standard





Front of House


  • Be the main point of contact for Wizu Workspace Leeds dealing with all client requests
  • Cover Wizu Workspace Reception on rotation so that we are always available to our tenants and guests
  • Welcome and check in all visitors
  • Familiarity with the building so new tenants and members can be shown around all of our facilities
  • Knowledge of our packages and overall business so members and guests can have any information they may need
  • Familiarity and relationship building with Wizu Workspace Tenants, encouraging them to engage and attend Community Events
  • New client on-boarding process – Community Packs/Things to do Packs/Welcome E-mails


Events Management


  • Contribute to an annual programme of community events with a monthly focus on business and social.
  • Deliver and create all communication related to event promotion to all tenants and members
  • Setup of all events and ensuring event expenditure is on budget

Ensure engaging content is taken at each event for brand building on Social Media Platforms






Focused on membership for co working space at both Leeds Sites:

  • Nurture, develop and close leads that ultimately result in booked tours
  • Carry out sales processes implemented by the MD
  • Develop and close leads through sales processes.
  • Work with automation platforms to efficiently input and track data.
  • Own the sales process: inbound lead qualification, prospecting, pipeline building and opportunity identification.
  • Work towards/maintain building occupancy through achieving booked tour goals.
  • Provide unmatched customer service to potential prospects to ensure an excellent start to their member experience.

Working Week

Monday to Friday – Between 8am to 6pm


Requirements & Prospects


A minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)

As part of your apprenticeship you will be required to attend the 3aaa Digital Marketing Academy based in Leeds for up to 22 days over the course of the year. There will be two days at the start of the course, followed by approximately one day every two to three weeks for the duration of the programme. Content will be delivered in the academy and then the remainder of the training will be completed in the workplace. The qualification gained from this apprenticeship will be:

• Level 4 Diploma in Digital Marketing
• Level 2 Functional Skills English, Maths, ICT (if applicable)
