An exciting opportunity has arisen for a young enthusiastic individual to join a well-established IT Telecoms business based on Pride Park Derby. The role will involve delivering excellent customer service to clients throughout the UK, reporting to your direct line manager to ensure all procedures are followed.

Job role duties:


  • To support operations processing customer agreements.
  • Arranging meetings with customers for review and to upsell products.
  • Looking after the customer service email inbox to ensure all queries are dealt with in a timely fashion.
  • Supporting finance department when required.
  • Answering the phone to deal with customer enquiries.
  • Support with administration duties such as; spreadsheet updates and data entry.
  • To ensure our customers are supported daily with- contact logs and general business development.
  • To report to the Customer Service Manager
  • Handle data sheets using Microsoft Excel- updating customer records where appropriate.


Working Week

Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm


Requirements & Prospects


A minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
