Vacancy for an enthusiastic individual who has a passion for Customer service and Sales. To support our continued growth, we are looking for an Apprentice to join our close-knit team in the Sheffield Head Office.
  • Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers’ success
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
  • Manage all reporting about the health of customers’ accounts
  • Meet Internal and External Sales Targets
  • Keep our in-house CRM up to date with all customer contact and requirements

 

Working Week

Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm

Requirements & Prospects

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)

Desired Skills

  1. Sales experience or passion
  2. Good, articulate, telephone manner
  3. The ability to understand technical aspects of products & services
  4. The ability to quickly and efficiently use computer software
