Are you looking to get into the HR industry but not sure how? Solihull based Secure Trust Bank are looking for a bright and enthusiastic apprentice to join the team. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will provide general administrative support to the HR Team including the reviewing of employee files to ensure regulatory compliance.

Job Purpose

To assist the HR and Training Team with all aspects of day to day operations through comprehensive, effective, efficient co-ordination and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Review of employee electronic files to ensure compliant with records management and new regulatory guidelines
Filing and scanning
Monitoring and filtering of group email boxes
Minute taking at meetings
General duties such as distributing mail, booking rooms etc
Completion of administrative tasks to support delivery of Group HR objectives

Working Week

9am till 5pm (1 Hour lunch) 35 hours a week

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)

The Business Administrator apprenticeship programme is designed to help you become an excellent contributor towards operational efficiencies within a business. This will include interacting with both internal and external customers in a professional way, as well as applying skills learned throughout the programme within a business environment.
