Job DescriptionInterested in a career as an ICT Technician? If you are a team player who wants to repair, maintain and upgrade computers in a customer facing environment then you could be the ideal apprentice for Crocodile Computers.
Successful candidates will gain exposure to a wide range of technology and platforms during their time with us, so be prepared to undertake intense and proactive learning.
Expected roles and support includes;
Serving customers within the Office or via the phone.
Desktop Hardware Support
Upgrading PC’s, laptops etc
Preparation of Client Invoices, bank reconciliation
Working with Windows 7, 8, 10 Apple OS X
Basic telephony support
Web site maintenance & design
Assist with installing new and upgraded ICT systems
Advising & Demonstrating customers on new technology available.
Working WeekMonday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm 37.5 hrs pw
Requirements & Prospects
QualificationsIdeally a minimum 4 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
