Job DescriptionWe have clients with International Offices, in China, Hong Kong and the US. We support Microsoft Servers and Clients as well as OSX, mobile technology and network communications equipment. The role will be to act as support to a Senior IT Engineer. This engineer will be your immediate line manager and mentor.
The role will be to act as support to a Senior IT Engineer. This engineer will be your immediate line manager and mentor. The work will cover support and installation for the following technologies: Server and client systems (Microsoft, Linux and Apple). IP and Mobile Telephony, Network Infrastructure, Internet and Security Systems. Some liaison will be required with 3rd Party suppliers and clients, both remotely and face to face. Onsite and remote support tasks will be required, on a daily basis. There may be the opportunity to work overtime and some weekend work to cover office relocations and critical maintenance and upgrades.
Working WeekMonday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm
Requirements & Prospects
QualificationsIdeally a minimum 5 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
Desired SkillsExperience in Microsoft Client Operating systems.
Some travel between client locations will be required both within the Greater London area and to parts of the UK.
Attention to details is most important.

• Level 3 diploma in Infrastructure technician
