The successful candidate will join a small team that provide 1st and 2nd line support to external customers who use their software.
You will need an excellent telephone manner as you will be discussing technical issues with customers
Your day to day duties will vary but will include
Providing first line helpdesk support to Kudos customers.
Produce and maintain literate and accurate I.T. Statistics, reports, checklists and documentation as necessary.
Assist in the support and development of the Internal IT Systems.
Discussing technical issues with our customers.
Word document creation
Working WeekMonday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm
Requirements & Prospects
QualificationsIdeally a minimum 4 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents
Desired SkillsExperience of standard MS office applications. E.g Word, Excel Outlook
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Capable of taking full responsibility for resolution of issues
Flexibility to work in a team
Future ProspectsFull time opportunity with possible progression to level 4
• Edexcel Advanced Apprenticeship in IT, Software, Web and Telecoms
• L3 Diploma in ICT Professional Competence
• L3 Extended Diploma in ICT Systems and Principles
• Level 2 Functional Skills English, Maths & ICT (if applicable)
