Main Responsibilities & Duties of the Post
Training will be given although it is expected that within a set time period your typical duties involved in the position will include :
a) Answering and responding to 1st line & 2nd line support calls from Customers b) Maintaining all PC’s and related equipment c) Upgrading and installing software and computer equipment when necessary
d) Repairing PC’s – both Hardware and software issues. Identify best fixes, rebuilding PC software when necessary
PC / Hardware skills:- e) Diagnostics on faulty PC internals f) Installation of PC components (RAM, Hard Disks, CPUs etc.) g) Installation and configuration of Networked PC’s & Servers
Software/ MS Office 2003/2007/2010/2013/365 Windows XP/Vista/7/8 Standard Free Software products such as skype, itunes, etc. Various Antivirus / Security Products
Working WeekMonday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm
Requirements & Prospects
QualificationsA minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths and English (or equivalents)
Other Skills that would be an advantage:- Networks and security Web Design Database development
h) Observe and implement confidentiality with each client
i) Undertake personal learning relevant to the post as required.
j) Observe and implement all company policies and procedures.

A Driving License and own transport is essential for this post.
