Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well-established Chartered accountants and business advisors for the past 25 years. My client is currently looking for an outstanding individual to work as a Receptionist/Office Administrator


  • Main Reception Duties
  • Answering the phone
  • Meet and Greet clients
  • Provide refreshments when clients visit the office
  • Opening Post and distributing to correct departments
  • Typing or creating General Letters
  • Scanning, Filing and Faxing
  • Monitoring the contact list
  • Stationary orders

Any other Ad hoc duties required

Working Week

Monday – Friday 37.5 hours pw


Requirements & Prospects


Ideally a minimum 4 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
