Job Description

This exciting opportunity has arisen at Home Instead Care recently. We are looking for an Apprentice Recruitment and Retention Coordinator. The right candidate will be responsible for recruiting caregivers for the business through networking, canvassing and social media.

This role is very important to the company and your responsibilities will include;


  • Answering employment queries.
  • Develop and implement new recruitment strategies.
  • Schedule and conduct applicant interviews.
  • Create and maintain all recruitment documents such as National Insurance documents and PAYE documents.
  • Conduct character references and background checks.
  • Conduct motor vehicle insurance checks.
  • Schedule and conduct Caregiver’s induction and other training.
  • Be able to plan and maintain networking campaigns and recruitment drives.
  • To manage all aspects of recruitment.
  • Keep all adverts, job boards, marketing materials up to date.



Please note that for the right candidate there will be an expenses package covering your work mileage and parking.

Working Week

Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK


Requirements & Prospects


Ideally a minimum 4 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
