Job Description

Are you an ambitious person looking to get a head-start in business, working at a fantastic estate agency? If so, read on!

Briggs and Mortimer are looking for someone to learn and take responsibility of the Sales Progression.  This person will need to be vibrant, enthusiastic, confident and willing to learn all aspects of the estate agency.  The role will entail the following but is not limited to:

 

  • Client Call and Customer Calls – making sure everything is working to the right timelines
  • Dealing with Solicitors
  • Making sure all parties in the link are up to date
  • Updating the CRM database
  • Creating and Production of Window Cards
  • Dealing with Official Documents
  • Meeting and Greeting New Customers
  • Working towards a Junior Negotiator
  • General Administration Duties

 

The more you put in the more you will get out.  Briggs and Mortimer are looking to invest their time and skill in to the right candidate.

Working Week

Monday to Saturday 8:50am – 5:30pm – Sunday + one other day off

Qualifications

Ideally a minimum 4 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
