Job Description

We are looking for a Service Analyst required to assist with the frontline, day-to-day technical support functions and service desk delivery. This is a critical role in a fast paced environment that offers the opportunity to develop within the team. The role is mainly office-based but may include elements of project and on-site work

Duties include:

  • Responding to help desk tickets.
  • Providing Ad-Hoc telephone support.
  • Installation and configuration of Windows +Linux servers.
  • Set up and monitoring of all customers devices.
  • Maintaining patch management and security updates.
  • Creating “How-To” guides and run books.
  • Develop and harness your potential

Working Week

Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm

Ideally a minimum 4 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)

Throughout the duration of your Apprenticeship you will be required to attend the 3aaa Technology Academy in Croydon for up to 12 weeks on a block release basis for structured training. The remainder of your training will be completed in the workplace with your Employer. You will work towards a Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship for IT, Software, Web and Telecoms Professionals. The qualifications consist of:
• Edexcel Advanced Apprenticeship in IT, Software, Web and Telecoms
• L3 Diploma in ICT Professional Competence
• L3 Extended Diploma in ICT Systems and Principles
• Level 2 Functional Skills English, Maths, ICT (if applicable)
