Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a friendly, experienced professional Business Admin assistant. Based outside of the midlands our busy working environment is looking for the right person to join our established team.

The role will be to assist the business with day to day duties, which include the following:

 

Duties

  • Scheduling appointments
  • Copy typing
  • Inbound and outbound calls
  • Audio typing
  • Maintaining computer data with amendments and new clients information
  • Greeting visitors
  • Arranging refreshments for Directors and Clients
  • Responding to emails
  • Assisting office staff where needed
  • Sorting and distributing office mail
  • General reception duties
  • Scanning and photocopying documents
  • Liaising with clients where necessary
  • Attending office functions, meetings and sessions
  • The use of Microsoft Office packages (excel, word etc)
  • Filing documents
  • General ad hoc duties required within the office

Working Week

Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm 37.5 Hours per week

Qualifications

Ideally a minimum 4 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
