Job Description

Exciting opportunity to complete an Apprenticeship Programme in Business Administration with a fantastic Academy.

General clerical duties including:

  • Photocopying
  • Fax and mailing
  • Data inputting
  • Provide administrative support to other members of the team
  • Use information systems
  • Use bespoke software
  • Reception cover
  • Typing various documentation
  • Taking inbound calls
  • Open and sort incoming correspondence and then distribute to members of staff

Working Week

Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK

Qualifications

Ideally a minimum 4 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
