Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to join a well - stablished private health clinic who specialise in cosmetic procedures in their Business Admin department.

The role is to overlook all administration duties for the company such as filing dealing with emails dealing with patients face to face, over the phone etc

While studying your Business Admin Level 3 Qualification, you will be fully supported by both the employer and 3aaa training academy.


Reception –

  • Telephone calls (training will be provided),
  • Greeting visitors,
  • Providing refreshments,
  • Liaising with clients,
  • Organising meetings/bookings,
  • Keeping reception tidy and clean,
  • Helping staff around the office as and when,
  • Sorting & distributing post,
  • Keeping the general areas tidy,
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the office,
  • Answering enquiries in person/by email/telephone.
  • Sending out information when required by email/telephone,
  • Scanning documents,
  • Typing documents on Word,
  • Using Excel spreadsheets,

Using online based systems (training will be provided)

Working Week

Monday – Sunday 9:00am – 5:00pm


Requirements & Prospects


Ideally a minimum 4 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
