We are currently recruiting for a junior project administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will assist the business across all divisions to aid in general administration duties and ad-hoc projects where required.

 Providing office support including customer and employee support
 Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity
 Researching company data and archived reports
 Keeping computer databases up to date
 Interacting with clients/suppliers either on the phone or in person
 Communicating with materials suppliers and vendors
 Ad hoc reception duties
 Using spreadsheets to track expenses and company spending
 Collecting and inputting company data
 Making travel arrangements for employees
 Preparing documents by printing, copying, and binding
 Collecting and sorting post
 Acting as a personal assistant to the executive team
 Scheduling appointments and events
 Ordering office stationery and other supplies
 Preparing meeting rooms by setting up chairs and getting refreshments
 Any additional ad hoc duties as required

Preferable skills
• Well versed using Microsoft software packages (including Word/Excel).

Working Week

Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
