Looking for an apprentice for this busy role providing office support by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies; monitoring administrative projects.

To attend regular meetings with the supervisor and assessor and attend training sessions leading to an Apprenticeship Certificate.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

To efficiently undertake basic administrative and clerical duties which include the following duties as directed:
To follow the systems and procedures in place via set tasks
To provide excellent customer service to our clients
To deal with incoming emails and support requests in a timely fashion
To deal with incoming calls to provide support to our customers covering both administrative, first line technical and account support
To make notes on all customer accounts after speaking or dealing with them
To be a flexible and supportive member of the team.
To help build good customer relationships
To adhere to our core values and ‘why’
Provides confidential administrative support
Recruitment Administration.
Answering Phones, Welcoming Guests.
Data Entry and Management using the CRM system.
Resolves administrative problems by analysing information; identifying and communicating solutions.
Composes and prepares written documentation reports and correspondence for the office.

Working Week

Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm

Qualifications

Must hold 5 GCSEs (graded A* to C or 9 to 5) or equivalent including English/ Maths and have been a resident in the UK/EEA/EU for the last 3 years.

The Business Administrator apprenticeship programme is designed to help you become an excellent contributor towards operational efficiencies within a business. This will include interacting with both internal and external customers in a professional way, as well as applying skills learned throughout the programme within a business environment.
