This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join as an Apprentice Sales Support/Administrator to assist at our rapidly growing office based on Broad Street.

To carry out administrative duties to support the effectiveness and professionalism provided by the Company/Head Office of Benito Brow Bar.

This is an exciting role within Benito and we are looking for the right individual to take on this fantastic opportunity with a view to overseeing and taking responsibility for the effectiveness of the Administration Department.

To undertake, action and implement HR duties and processes to maximising the effectiveness and professionalism of Benito Head Office.


  • To submit wage tables and and arrange for the payment of retail commission
  • To ensure the payment of wages and commission for retail employees and dealing with any queries that may arise
  • To undertake, action and implement HR duties and processes to maximise the effectiveness and professionalism of Benito Head Office
  • To provide administrative support for allocated Area Managers in respect of their Brow Bars
  • To set up new employee records
  • To submit wage tables to payroll and file electronic records
  • To update employee records
  • To correspond with employees for all HR issues
  • Dealing with Area Manager packs- weekly/monthly- check expenses – file/action paper work for employees
  • Monitoring and informing the appropriate member of staff regarding Employee Probation Periods
  • Arranging and booking travel/transport and accommodation within budgets set
  • To monitor VISA records ensuring all documentation is renewed
  • To support the Disciplinary procedure by chairing or note taking at meeting ensuring that the Company complies with current legislation
  • To prepare stock orders
  • To file all records electronically and in paper form
  • Preparing contracts, dealing with new starters and leavers, maternity, risk assessments
  • Engaging in any reasonable duty that is required to meet the administrative needs of the company


Working Week

Monday – 8.30-4.30, Tuesday to Friday 9-5.30pm


Requirements & Prospects


A minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)

Desired Skills

Key skills and requirements:
• Competency in I.T. skills are essential (A knowledge of the Apple Mac would be an advantage but not essential)
• The role demands someone who is hard working and extremely organised
• Excellent communication and people skills
• You will be expected to work using your own initiative, ability to multi task
• Be able to prioritise information and delegate effectively
• Demonstrate that you can take on responsibility and inspire others to work to their full skill sets
