Job DescriptionDo you aspire to learn more about business? Are you organised and have good communication skills? Then this role is for you! Sure cover have an opportunity for a admin apprentice to support in admin and sales duties. You will learn about business processes and the industry the business is in whilst undertaking an advanced apprenticeship.
Shadowing members of the team to build up skills
Speaking to customers who have requested further information on insurance products such as car, house insurance
Conducting outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing business customers across the UK
Establishing Customer needs and identifying sales opportunities, building strong business relationships
Gaining quotes from different insurance companies and finding the best deals for customers Inputting client data on to in-house systems
Answering telephone and responding to email queries
Using systems to log data such as spreadsheets
General Office admin duties as required
Working WeekMonday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm
Requirements & Prospects
QualificationsIdeally a minimum 5 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
Desired SkillsBe enthusiastic with a high level of honesty and integrity
Be dedicated and willing to persevere
Be an excellent communicator, with great written and oral communication skills.

Show the ability to self-manage workloads and co-ordinate with other team members
Future ProspectsProgression to level 4 business admin apprenticeship and a possible permanent position for the right applicant.
