Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an individual to join our team of Recruitment Professionals in our office based in Walsall, you will join the team within a customer services administrator’s role.

As Part of the role at Swift personnel, you would be required to do the following:

  • Dealing with clients on the telephone
  • Dealing with candidates on the phone
  • Updating spreadsheets with information
  • Collating information and creating spreadsheets
  • Presenting all information in a presentation for directors
  • Filing

  • Dealing with email enquiries and complaints

Working Week

Monday – Friday 8:30 -5:30
