Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and growing business based in Peterborough. They are looking for a highly motivated individual to join their Admin/customer service team.
The department looks after all 4 of our smaller divisions within Bonacia Ltd meaning the role is extremely varied. You will be communicating with a wide range of people from nursery practitioners to Primary school parents and teachers and we can grantee you will never be bored!
The main duties:
- General Admin Duties
- Answering the phone
- Email communication
Processing orders and ensuring customers are smiling when they get off the phone.
On top of the ‘usual’ duties we like to mix it up a bit and add more variety to the day. So the successful person will find themselves:
- Helping with product development
- Customer research
- Providing ideas for department growth.
Working WeekMonday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm 37.5 hrs pw
Requirements & Prospects
QualificationsIdeally a minimum 4 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
