Job Description

Are you organised? Have a friendly personality? Interested in administration? If so we have a great opportunity to work as an administrative and sales assistant within an established IT repair business whilst undertaking an Advanced apprenticeship.

Main duties:


  • Communicating to customers in verbal and written formats


  • Data entry of customer details


  • Complying with data protection


  • Emailing customers and clients


  • Raising invoices as required


  • Logging jobs on the business systems and creating supporting documentation for this.


  • Filing of paperwork, adhering to business procedures

Working Week

Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm


Requirements & Prospects


Ideally a minimum 4 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
