Excellent opportunity to join a well established travel company, with fanastic progression opportunities. Working with a team including other apprentices.

Responsibilities to include (but not limited to):

  • To answer telephone calls and emails from customers who have queries on their bookings such as special requests, cancellations and refunds and amendments to existing bookings
  • Updating social media (Facebook and twitter account)
  • Updating review websites and responding to customer feedback
  • Contacting Airline and Suppliers
  • Sending documentation to customers


Working Week

Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm


Requirements & Prospects


A minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
