This is a fantastic opportunity to train as a Business Administration Apprentice for a primary school based in Manchester. As a school ambassador, you will be the first point of call in the front office dealing with pupils, parents and visitors. You will report to the Headteacher and School Business Manager.
You will be a point of contact for both telephone and face to face enquires, you will be liaising with pupils, staff, parents and partners.

You will also need to ensure that all visitors follow school security arrangements by signing the visitors passes.

All deliveries must be signed for and distributed to relevant staff members.

You will be working closely with the administration team in maintain and update records and the management system (SIMs). Also assist with general photocopying, filing and general office duties.



Knowledge Microsoft programmes would be an advantage as would be required to maintain and monitor the stock levels eg stationary, uniform etc.

Working Week

Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm


Requirements & Prospects


A minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents).

The Business Administrator apprenticeship programme is designed to help you become an excellent contributor towards operational efficiencies within a business.
