Duties Will Include:


* Entering client bookings on the internal system

* Use the system matchmaker to source candidates

* Keep clients updated via email or telephone

* Book in candidates and set up profile cards

* Booking in candidates onto the practical training

* Confirming the booking with agency workers and client

* To perform candidate check-ins and keep a log

* Check and reply to clients emails, and keep them updated throughout the day

* Support with payroll reports

* Support the team with time sheets, holiday requests, change of bank details forms, etc

* Any other ad hoc administrative duties

* This role will involve 50% on the phone

Working Week

Monday - Friday (shift patterns - 07:30 - 15:30 / 08:30 - 16:30 / 09:30 - 17:30)


Requirements & Prospects


Must hold 5 GCSEs (graded A* to C or 9 to 5) or equivalent including English/ Maths and have been a resident in the UK/EEA/EU for the last 3 years.

The Business Administrator apprenticeship programme is designed to help you become an excellent contributor towards operational efficiencies within a business. This will include interacting with both internal and external customers in a professional way, as well as applying skills learned throughout the programme within a business environment. The programme will include various workshops to aid in your development throughout, alongside mentoring; reflection logs; PDP and more.
