Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established business based in Birmingham. The business is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to help with all aspects of the day to day administration work.

This position will be to support the business in all aspects of administration.


  • To answer the telephone in a polite concise voice
  • To type various letters
  • Filing
  • Updates to computer system
  • Updates to Clients
  • Franking of Post

•           Dealing with Office Queries

Working Week

Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm 40 Hours per week


Requirements & Prospects


Ideally a minimum 4 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
