We have a vacancy for an Office Assistant to support our Finance Manager and busy team of Engineers.
Duties will include;
· Report production,
· Invoice registering,
· Stationery ordering,
· Proof reading,
· Generally supporting the team with their tasks.
Applicants must be keen to learn, have a good attention to detail. They must also be proficient at using Word, Excel, Outlook and general office equipment.
Working WeekMonday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm
Requirements & Prospects
QualificationsIdeally a minimum 4 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
Desired SkillsComputer Literate, Organised, attention to detail, ability to speak in a clear & precise manner.
Personal QualitiesConfident, reliable and excellent communication skills
Future ProspectsPotential full time role on completion
• Advanced Apprenticeship in Business and Administration
