Job Description

Excellent opportunity working for a recruitment agency in Birmingham. You will work in a busy and lively office dealing with all aspects of business admin.

DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITES

• Using social media including Twitter. Linkedin, facebook
• Speaking to clients via telephone, face to face, skype to book appointments
• CV – creating profiles and formatting CV’s using Microsoft packages
• Marketing campaigns – sending mailshots via email
• Referencing and advertising vacancies
• Booking meetings
• Filing
• Photocopying
• Writing adverts
• Creating a target company list using Microsoft packages
• Researching and collating market data
• Data input

Working Week

Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm 37.5 Hours per week

Qualifications

Ideally a minimum 4 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
