Exciting opportunity working within a fast paced and busy office environment. Working alongside experienced probate genealogists and Case Managers the role will involve all aspects of office administration from Speaking to clients to finishing files ready for presentation to solicitors.

• Answer Telephone , Screen, Direct Calls
• To Assist manager in day to day responsibilities
• Take and Relay Messages
• Provide information to callers
• Deal with Queries from Customers and Public
• General Administrative and Clerical Support
• Prepare Letters and Documents
• Receive and Sort Mail and Deliveries
• Help Maintain tidy Office environment
• Liaise with Researchers via telephone and email
• Assist in completion of cases both “in-house” and researcher created
• To manage follow up on existing cases to completion
• Identify and contact beneficiaries where required
• To Work to Targets as set below
• To Assist in adherence and implementation of new procedures, SOP’s, Business Strategy
• To Work within Data Protection / GDPR Parameters
• Data Input – Accounts and Client Management Software

Working Week

Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm (35 hour working week)


Requirements & Prospects


A minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
