The Business Administration Apprentice is an incredibly important person in our team, you will support our internal support functions with all administrative and coordination duties.
The role will involve
Typing up customer quotes
Email customer quotes – follow up with a courtesy call
Record the quote on our CRM system
Post the same quote out
Answering and directing telephone calls
Sending out customer survey documents on completion of cases
Typing up and sending out payment remittances
Based on the above I would expect the correct candidate to be competent with the use of office system programs, be confident and on the phone and have the ability to communicate well with customers and be able to work within a busy environment.
The role would invariably lead to mortgage administrative role assuming they wanted to stay on after the apprenticeship.
Working WeekMonday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm
