Job DescriptionAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join this family run business. We are looking for an Administration Apprentice to join our Norwich based team.
This is an exciting administrative role to enable the successful applicant to learn from an experienced team whilst adding value to the organisation.
The overall purpose of the role is to support and add value to existing team members by providing a full administration back office function.
The role will include;
Working closely with the administration manager and providing assistance when necessary
Processing / chasing invoices (CRM) and Purchase ledgers
Liaising with Suppliers & customers over the phone
Chasing of information for clients and colleagues
General administration – Dealing with customers, helping colleagues
Answering the telephone and email enquiries
Full training will be delivered as required.

Working Week37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 9-5pm

QualificationsA minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
