Job DescriptionAre you a confident person who is organised, positive and motivated? Are you looking for a Business Administration apprenticeship involving customer liaison, maintaining computer information, producing documents, booking appointments and welcoming visitors?
|Full training on each task will be provided and ongoing coaching and mentoring is available as required and eventually duties will include the following: –|
• Answer incoming phone calls and take messages as necessary
We would look for you to start with answering incoming phones calls and taking messages, however we would like for you to take on more as your confidence and knowledge grow until you are comfortable with all of the above tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a positive, can do attitude and an interest in recruitment would be advantageous. You will be of clean and presentable appearance and we do operate a casual dress code in the office unless we are receiving clients.
Core hours of work are 9.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday . During busy periods you will be required to come in early and stay later to ensure business needs as met, therefore a flexible approach to work is essential. The rate of pay meets the national apprenticeship levels as a minimum however for the right candidate this is negotiable.
