An excellent opportunity to join an exciting fast paced company who are looking to employ a Business Admin Apprentice. You will administer and manage HGV Booking from marketing, dealing with enquiries, taking bookings and dealing with any issues along the way.

Main duties will be to support the Operations Director / Manager and work with the other Training Administrator’s to manage and administer the customer database and cover all aspects of customer service, including taking payments and booking training courses. Process sales and purchase invoices on computerised accounts system and manage these ledgers. Along with financial reporting.
Key Duties:
Liaise and provide administrative support to Operations Director, other administrators and instructors regarding customer bookings.
Administrate and manage bookings with customers from initial enquiry though to course completion using Salesforce CRM.
Follow up sales communication to leads including by phone and email.
Responsible for overseeing customer records including bookings, tracking and the follow up of customer enquiries.
Book training courses as required and manage the training plan and test bookings.
Allocate work to and communicate with Instructors regarding training.
Produce sales invoices and process purchase invoices.
Collate and produce reports and financial information.
To be responsible for overseeing customer records including bookings, tracking and the follow up of customer enquiries.
General office duties as required to include, but not limited, to ordering stationery, promotional materials, website updates, filing, mailing and general correspondence.
Will involve communication with a wide range of people both by telephone and in person.
Cash handling duties and taking payments by card.
Any other duties as may be reasonably required within the role specification.

Working Week

Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm
