Job DescriptionQcom is a leading provider of outsourced technical support and managed IT services across a wide range of specialist technology products and industries. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to flourish in this role.
Reception duties to include monitoring the company diary, preparing ahead of the appointment; meeting room support.
Support the Sales team in administrative duties
Provide Marketing support, assisting with all company Mailshots and marketing requirements.
Support the Service Team in administrative duties
Update and maintain CRM Systems
Assist and provide additional telephone support where required for the Sales and Service Team. Taking enquiries and call filtering where required.
General Office Housekeeping – keeping office tidy and well organised.
Ensure all activities fully comply with appropriate Health and Safety requirement and undertake appropriate risk management procedures.
Working WeekMonday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm
Requirements & Prospects
QualificationsA minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
- Clear verbal communication
- Strong IT skills, including knowledge on Word, Excel and Email
- Excellent organisation skills
- Able to communicate well
Future ProspectsProgression to Level 4 – Full time job role.
The qualification will consist of:
• Advanced Apprenticeship in Business and Administration.
• Level 3 Diploma in Business and Administration.
• Level 2 Functional Skills English, Maths & ICT (if applicable).
