We currently have an exciting opportunity within our Commercial Department based at our Rivendell office in Leeds. The main purpose of this role is to support the commercial man-ager in terms of raising invoices for all clients, purchase ordering and receipting the goods in process. Full training will be given to the successful candidate.

Candidate Specification:
We currently have an exciting opportunity within our Commercial Department based at our Rivendell office in Leeds. The main purpose of this role is to support the commercial manager in terms of raising invoices for all clients, purchase ordering and receipting the goods in process. Full training will be given to the successful candidate.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
The Commercial Administrator Apprentice will be responsible for processing Rivendell invoicing, across all Clients. Ensure all costs are applied accurately and in a timely manner to meet monthly deadlines.

• Process invoicing in accordance with the relevant client’s procedures, collating any extra information/documents as required
• Update the relevant system with job status changes at each stage to ensure accuracy of work in process (sales) reporting
• Deliver invoice estimates to clients right first time for content and formatting
• Liaising direct with customers to resolve any queries promptly, ensuring any changes to invoice amounts are accurately documented
• Support the Commercial Manager in monitoring daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
• Manage daily/weekly/monthly workload to ensure fast and efficient invoicing of completed work
• Communicate workload, progress and issues to the Commercial Manager
• Establish key working relationships with internal and external colleagues as well as the client base
• Suggest and support the implementation of systems/procedures to help maintain and improve customer satisfaction

Working Week

Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
